Like many of my skills, I was taught by my Grandma, who always encouraged me along the way. I have a full time job but have been baking for others out of my home on the side off and on for several years at the request of friends, co-workers, and family. It has has been a dream of mine to open my own bakery one day, and after graduating from college, it seemed about time to take some real steps tow
