Got to make a wedding cake sample box for a couple! Was fun doing some new stuff...all homemade, coconut, pistachio, strawberry, rose', chocolate & lemon...with raspberry, lemon curd & cream cheese filling. And rose' buttercream, and vanilla buttercream.

So this is called a Banoffee Pie. Never heard of it... my hubby tagged me in the recipe!
Banana & toffee with a Shortbread crust. Very rich...I think a layer of pudding and more Banana's is needed! But overall tasty!
