Package this Halloween DIY cookie kit with me using our brand new pumpkin shaped die cut instructions card! Available starting today at 10 AM with our Halloween launch! My new pumpkin card is perfect for not only Halloween, but also for Fall cookie decorating kits and Thanksgiving cookie decorating kits as well!
To put a DIY cookie kit together, start with one of my white treat boxes.
Add a sheet of my Grey Gingham Greaseproof Paper to the treat box.
Press down to tuck the greaseproof paper into the box.
Take one of our 5“ x 7“ self seal poly bags and place 1 to 2 cookies in the bag.
Peel off the strip that covers the sticky part on the self seal bag.
Fold the bag over itself and the cookie
Press on the strip to seal the bag.
If the cookies are a little more narrow like our ghost and pumpkin DIY cookies, you can fit two cookies in one bag like I have shown here.
2 cookies, 1 bag!
Place your bagged cookies in the bottom of the white treat box.
Next use our size Small tipless piping bags to add about 2 ounces of icing in the colors that you choose for your cookies. I use a tape sealer to close the piping bags (that’s the red tape you see in my photo).
Add your bags of icing on top of the bagged cookies.
To package any sprinkles you might want to add to the kit, grab our self seal 3“ x 4“ poly bags and some super cute sprinkles.
Dump some sprinkles into the bag and peel the strip off the sticky part of the bag. Wrap the bag around itself and stick it down. And then place that in the treat box on the side of the cookies.
Next, place the pumpkin instructions card on top of the icing bags.
Place the clear lid on top of the treat box and snap it down. How cute is this already?
If you want to be a little extra, grab one of our 12 inch stretch loops. Here I have our medium purple stretch loop and our “Ghost Pumpkin Candy Happy Halloween” tag.
Place the end of the stretch loop through the hole in the tag and pull it through so it looks like this.
Finally, wrap the stretch loop around the corners of the treat box. And done! How’s stinkin’ cute is this?!?! 🎃 👻💀🖤🧡
