It’s move‑in week at The Bread Shed, and my heart is doing cartwheels!🤸

This little dream of bringing organic, freshly made breads and treats to my local communities is finally taking shape- plank by plank, shelf by shelf, loaf by loaf.

So much love, sweat, and late‑night planning has gone into this space. Bremen Community Cares, Inc - Project Downtown and Bremen Village Shops have been putting in so much work to make this come alive.
Watching it transform from a pitch idea into a real, cozy home for Sourdough Haven Bread Co feels surreal. I can’t wait to stock these shelves with the breads and treats (and merch!!) you’ve been cheering on since the beginning.

The finish line is in sight, and I’m counting down the days until I get to welcome you in. More info to come on opening day!

Who’s excited for the FIRST farmers market of the summer this Sunday?!? The Mishawaka Market begins Sunday morning at 10am, located at the Ironworks River Walk.

Prep has begun in the bakery with sourdough cookies and sourdough scones. Bread is on deck tomorrow morning!
