I received the best text last night from one of my regulars about my Dill Pickle & Havarti sourdough! I love when you guys let me know how much you enjoy your goodies 🥰 I have to agree, this is a good one! Reminds me of the pickle pizza at the Minnesota State Fair 😉 which is right around the corner… which means the end of summer is also around the corner. It went so fast!
I am baking again this Saturday 8/15 for pickup 11-3 in WBL. Please note that this is my last bake day for the month of August - Blake and I will be at DISNEY WORLD!! I hope everyone has a great week 🫶🏼

I had a nice birthday weekend this past weekend 🥳 I had coffee with my mom at Qamaria Yemeni Coffee on Saturday morning, then Derek and I went boating with friends on the St. Croix, and spent Sunday in the Taylors Falls/St. Croix Falls area as a fam, followed by dinner with Derek’s family. It was great!
I think we have settled into somewhat of a routine and finally gotten past the hot spell, that it’s time to bake again! I will be baking this Saturday, 8/8 for pickup between 11-3 in WBL. Also, it is a brand new month, which means a new FOM! This months featured sourdough is 🥒 Dill Pickle & Havarti- a dill pickle flavored sourdough with diced pickles and havarti cheese folded throughout. If you have been with me since the beginning, you may remember that I had a version of this on my menu, but I took it off because I felt that it needed a little tweaking… so here it is!! I have also posted the months bake schedule; Blake and I are headed to Disney World at the end of this month, so I will be baking only 2 weekends in August.

We spent the weekend in Crosby with friends and had a new experience of paddle boarding on the mine lakes! Beautiful, a little eerie at first, but can’t wait to do again. The boys biked, we did our traditional California and drinks over at Cuyuna Brewery for dinner, and had to get ice cream over at . We had a great time, and I barely took any photos. Living in the moment… or because Blake hates when I take pictures now 🤷🏻‍♀️ 😅 (unless she’s riding a train in the Tot Lot, I guess)
Anywho, I’m baking again for THIS FRIDAY 7/17 for pickup between 11-3 in 📍WBL. The FOM is Root Beer Float 😎 and just an fyi, this is most likely the last bake day for July. I hope everyone has a great week, and stay cool and hydrated 🫶🏼

We had such a nice 4th of July weekend! We kicked it off by having pizza with my fam over at my grandmas apartment on Thursday night, I baked on Friday and Blake had a friend over, spent a lot of the 4th with Derek’s fam, then spent most of this hot day lounging and with some time at the beach 😊 it was so nice.
I am baking again this Friday, 7/10 for pickup between 11:00-3 in WBL. The FOM again is Root Beer Float! A root beer and vanilla flavored sourdough with white chocolate chips folded throughout. This one smells SO good throughout the entire baking process and is so tasty and unique 👌🏼 I hope everyone has a wonderful week, and stay cool!!

We are headed into July and with that comes a new FOM! Introducing 🍺Root Beer Float- a root beer and vanilla flavored sourdough with white chocolate chips folded throughout ($10)🤩 YUM!
I am baking again for THIS FRIDAY 7/3 for pickup between 11-3 in WBL. I also have the months schedule posted here. I have a change in my summer schedule coming up (more about that to come), so I may or may not add another bake day at the end of the month, if I’m able to beat the summer heat 🫠
📸 I brought Ruby (my starter) on our trip, and we had sourdough pizzas on the Blackstone one night. We also made French toast with a Strawberry White Chocolate loaf that I had in the freezer!

We enjoyed kicking the summer off in Crosby, this weekend! Everyone got some good biking in, some paddle boarding, and some great family time 🥰
This month is filled with family vacations for us, so my baking schedule is small for the month of June. The good news? We get Lemon Blueberry White Chocolate for a little while longer 🥳 Also good news? I’ll be back to my regular baking in July!

We had a nice long weekend and really enjoyed the nice weather (not so much on Friday)! Derek and I kicked off the weekend at the Minnesota State Fair Kickoff to Summer for a little bit until the rain came. I baked a lot of of loaves (thank you!!), Derek and Otto built a skateboard ramp, we gardened, and had family time with all our fam! It was wonderful ☀️🫶🏼
Blake and I are running our 5k next weekend, and we have lots of travel plans coming up this next month… so I will have to take some “baking breaks” in June - my next bake dates will be Saturday JUNE 13 and Wednesday JUNE 17. These are also the only days I’m baking next month, so the FOM will stay the same: Lemon Blueberry White Chocolate 😋 I will enjoy the breaks, but I’m gonna miss baking for you all! We will chat about sourdough again in a couple weeks ✌🏻
