We had a nice weekend being BEARS with homecoming festivities on Friday and the MCA MTB State Finals up in beautiful Chisholm, MN! Otto had a great race (he did fall, but he’s doing fine) and an amazing season. We are so grateful to be part of such a positive sport and team 🧡🖤
Wow, life was a bit crazy for a bit there. We are hopeful to get some free time back now that life has settled down a bit… and I want to bake again!!
➡️ I am baking again this Saturday 10/17 for pickup between 11-3 in WBL. It feels weird to be announcing the FOM so late and I t’s crazy to think we are halfway through October already 😳 Anyways, the FOM for October actually has two variations… #1 Caramel Pumpkin Spice OR #2 Heath Pumpkin Spice!! A pumpkin spice flavored sourdough with [Werthers candy][Caramel Bits]TBD- testing combos this week… folded throughout OR Heath bits folded throughout 🎃 Pictures also coming soon! And GUESS WHAT??!… Apple C***r & Pecan is back for the season and so is the Apple Fritter Focaccia!

Otto had a great race this past weekend in Alexandria, placing 10th for the 7th grade boys D1 race!! Glad the weather sort of cooperated. It was so fun to watch him and all his teammates. Go Bears!! 🧡🖤

We enjoyed having a long weekend after a short (but crazy) week of school, mtn biking, Derek’s birthday and everything in-between! We finished up bday celebrations with fam, got caught up on some things at home and spent most of Sunday at the fair with friends 😊
I will be baking again this SUNDAY 9/13 for pickup between 11-3 in WBL. The FOM is Dill Pickle & Havarti - a dill pickle brine flavored sourdough with dill pickles and havarti cheese folded throughout. So tasty!! I hope everyone has a great week 🫶🏼

Blake and I are home from our magical Disney World vacation ✨ We made lots of memories, had tons of fun, and walked a lot of miles. It was especially wonderful visiting Cinderella’s Royal Table, the restaurant that I worked at for my culinary externship! Thank you to my in-laws for giving us this opportunity 🥰
I will be baking again this Saturday 9/5 for pickup between 11-3 in WBL. Since life has been busy lately and August seemed to go by so quick, I am keeping the Dill Pickle & Havarti as September’s FOM. It’s so good!! I have also posted this months bake schedule - it’s another short month for me, with Otto’s Mountain Bike races starting 😁
I hope everyone has a great week and if you have kids going back to school, I hope it’s an easy transition week for everyone 🫶🏼

I received the best text last night from one of my regulars about my Dill Pickle & Havarti sourdough! I love when you guys let me know how much you enjoy your goodies 🥰 I have to agree, this is a good one! Reminds me of the pickle pizza at the Minnesota State Fair 😉 which is right around the corner… which means the end of summer is also around the corner. It went so fast!

I had a nice birthday weekend this past weekend 🥳 I had coffee with my mom at Qamaria Yemeni Coffee on Saturday morning, then Derek and I went boating with friends on the St. Croix, and spent Sunday in the Taylors Falls/St. Croix Falls area as a fam, followed by dinner with Derek’s family. It was great!
I think we have settled into somewhat of a routine and finally gotten past the hot spell, that it’s time to bake again! I will be baking this Saturday, 8/8 for pickup between 11-3 in WBL. Also, it is a brand new month, which means a new FOM! This months featured sourdough is 🥒 Dill Pickle & Havarti- a dill pickle flavored sourdough with diced pickles and havarti cheese folded throughout. If you have been with me since the beginning, you may remember that I had a version of this on my menu, but I took it off because I felt that it needed a little tweaking… so here it is!! I have also posted the months bake schedule; Blake and I are headed to Disney World at the end of this month, so I will be baking only 2 weekends in August.

We spent the weekend in Crosby with friends and had a new experience of paddle boarding on the mine lakes! Beautiful, a little eerie at first, but can’t wait to do again. The boys biked, we did our traditional California and drinks over at Cuyuna Brewery for dinner, and had to get ice cream over at . We had a great time, and I barely took any photos. Living in the moment… or because Blake hates when I take pictures now 🤷🏻‍♀️ 😅 (unless she’s riding a train in the Tot Lot, I guess)
Anywho, I’m baking again for THIS FRIDAY 7/17 for pickup between 11-3 in 📍WBL. The FOM is Root B**r Float 😎 and just an fyi, this is most likely the last bake day for July. I hope everyone has a great week, and stay cool and hydrated 🫶🏼

We had such a nice 4th of July weekend! We kicked it off by having pizza with my fam over at my grandmas apartment on Thursday night, I baked on Friday and Blake had a friend over, spent a lot of the 4th with Derek’s fam, then spent most of this hot day lounging and with some time at the beach 😊 it was so nice.
I am baking again this Friday, 7/10 for pickup between 11:00-3 in WBL. The FOM again is Root B**r Float! A root b**r and vanilla flavored sourdough with white chocolate chips folded throughout. This one smells SO good throughout the entire baking process and is so tasty and unique 👌🏼 I hope everyone has a wonderful week, and stay cool!!

I’m BAAACK!! Did ya miss me?! We are on our way home from our Colorado vacation, and I’m ready to get back to baking!! 🥖
We are headed into July and with that comes a new FOM! Introducing 🍺Root B**r Float- a root b**r and vanilla flavored sourdough with white chocolate chips folded throughout ($10)🤩 YUM!
I am baking again for THIS FRIDAY 7/3 for pickup between 11-3 in WBL. I also have the months schedule posted here. I have a change in my summer schedule coming up (more about that to come), so I may or may not add another bake day at the end of the month, if I’m able to beat the summer heat 🫠
📸 I brought Ruby (my starter) on our trip, and we had sourdough pizzas on the Blackstone one night. We also made French toast with a Strawberry White Chocolate loaf that I had in the freezer!
