Well, I realized I only have ONE jar of blackberry jam left. 😳

For those of you who grabbed some, how did you like it? Should I make another batch?

I’m definitely a blackberry fan myself, and strawberry jam is already on my list to make again since it sold out quickly. 🍓

Before I make a trip to the farmers market, what other fruit jams would you love to see?

I’m not looking to make a whole pantry full of jams, but I’d love to keep a few staple favorites stocked at the stands to enjoy with our sourdough goods.

Y’all, I have a question!

Gracefully Baked opened in March of 2025, and somehow this little bakery-on-the-side-of-the-road has grown into something I never imagined.

I’ve never really advertised. Most people find us through word of mouth, a friend sharing a loaf of bread, spotting a farmstand while driving by, seeing a Facebook post, or taking a chance on baked goods sitting on the side of the road. 😂

So I’m curious…

How did you find us?

The Campfire Classic has already sold out TWICE through preorders! 🤯

But don’t panic—I planned ahead. 😏 The dough is currently getting some quality chill time, and I made plenty extra to stock the farmstands too.

So if you missed out on preordering, you should still have a chance to get your hands on one of these gooey, chocolatey, marshmallow-loaded favorites. 🔥🍪

Just don’t wait too long… they seem to disappear pretty quickly. 😉😋

One of the things I love most about this little micro bakery farmstand is that there’s no corporate office, no board meetings, and nobody telling me what I can and can’t create. 😋

If y’all want peach scones… we’re making peach scones.

If y’all want a fun new cinnamon roll flavor… let’s do it.

If a wild idea pops into my head at 9 PM and sounds delicious, there’s a pretty good chance I’ll be testing it the next day. 😂

That’s the beauty of being small. We get to dream up new things, try them, tweak them, and share them with a community that loves good food as much as I do.

This whole journey has been one big creative adventure, and I’m thankful that y’all are along for the ride. ❤️

Sometimes a closed weekend is exactly what you need. ❤️

The stands may have been closed last weekend, but looking back, it worked out exactly how it was supposed to.

One of our cows had a new calf that got off to a rough start. Something told me mama wasn’t acting quite right, and sure enough, we ended up needing to step in and help make sure that little calf got the first meals she needed and had a fighting chance.

That’s farm life. Sometimes the schedule changes, bread waits, and the animals come first.

Most weekends you see the baked goods, sourdough, cookies, and farm stands. But behind all of that is a real farm, real animals, and plenty of unexpected moments that don’t make it into Facebook posts.

Thankfully, mama and baby are doing well, and I’m grateful I was home when they needed me. 🐄❤️

Thank y’all for supporting not just a bakery, but our little farm and family too.

🚨 Confession time… 🚨

One of my biggest pet peeves is having to make two batches of the same thing.

I absolutely despise the inefficiency of it. If I’m already dirtying bowls, measuring ingredients, and turning on ovens, then we’re making enough the first time. 😂

Doesn’t matter if it’s because my mixer isn’t big enough to hold what I need or because I underestimated how much I’d need… having to immediately make a second batch makes my eye twitch.

In fact, when I’m recipe testing something I’ve NEVER made before, I usually double the recipe right out of the gate. You know… for science. 🤦🏼‍♀️😂

“Maybe I should make a small test batch first.”

My brain: “Or hear me out… what if we made enough to feed a small village?”

The first step is admitting you have a problem, right? 😂🙃

Anybody else have a completely irrational thing that drives them crazy? 👇🏻🤣

It’s currently Sunday… and we’re already about 90% sold out. 🤦🏼‍♀️😂

🌸 Apparently my zinnias are absolutely loving life and showing out this year! 🌸

Since I have plenty to share, I’m going to start putting a few bouquets in the stands to add some pops of color and just because they’re too pretty not to enjoy.

If you’d like to grab some for your significant other, your kitchen table, a summer gathering, or just to brighten someone’s day, feel free! 😋
