Here we go again! It’s Tuesday and I bake bread fresh on delivery mornings so it ensures everyone gets fresh bread made with organic flour! Ingredients are organic flour, my own sourdough starter, water, and non iodized salt.

The difference in when to use your starter! Mature starter was used on the loaf on the left and over fermented starter was used on the right!
