Big news at the bakery! 🏆✨ Swipe through to see why we’re celebrating today.

Last night, our very own Jake Brownell was honored with TWO incredible awards from Bristol Community College: the Curriculum Award for High Academic Achievement and the Chef John J. Caressimo Scholarship! 🎓👨‍🍳
We’ve always known Jake was a star, but having his hard work and talent recognized by the Culinary Arts program is the icing on the cake. Speaking of treats, swipe through to see some of the “award-winning” work he’s been doing in the kitchen:

* 🫐 The Fruit Tart: A masterclass in fresh flavors and beautiful presentation.
* 🥨 Hand-folded Palmiers: Perfectly flaky, buttery, and technical.
* 🍫 Chocolate Eclairs: Classic choux pastry with a decadent, glossy finish.

The secret is officially out! 🤫. After seeing how many of you caught our story yesterday, we knew it was time for a proper update.We know it’s been a while, but your sweet tooth has been calling... and we’re finally answering! We can’t wait to be back at it with our friends at on May 30th! 🌸🍺. While we’ve been away, we’ve been doing some major work behind the scenes to bring our “A-game” to the table this year: 🥚 Elevating the Quality: We’ve officially moved to using 100% homegrown, farm-fresh eggs in every single one of our pastries. You can taste the love (and the freshness) in every bite! 👨‍🍳 Perfecting the Craft: Jake has been hard at work in the classroom, mastering the technique behind every tuck and fold. We are so incredibly proud to share that he was awarded the Chef John J Caressimo scholarship for his dedication to greatness in his baking journey! 🏆🎉. We’ve missed you all and can’t wait to show you what we’ve been working on. See you on the 30th! 🧁✨

It’s been too long… Here’s a virtual hug from us to you 💕

We’ve been working really hard over this winter for you all ❄️

Here’s the highlights!
-Jake is getting his degree in Baking and Pastry and master chefing it up to bring you top quality new recipes

-Our beautiful baby chicks are now full blow hens who lay eggs daily for us that we use in our baked goodies! That’s right level up! Home grown farm fresh Eggs people!!!

-New Breads, we’re brining it all this year. We go swirls, sandwich, sweet, and sourdough 🍞🥖🥨 (and don’t forget about our crowd pleasing pretzels)

-New improved Sweet recipes! 💕

With Jake’s techical expertise and Amanda’s Chaotic ideas nothing can stop us now!

We will see you in May for our opening day of the season! Untill then keep calm and dream sweet 💕

And don’t forget to come on by Saturday 11/29 noon to 5pm for our last event of the season! We will be indoors to keep you warm and cozy, along with a dozen local artisan vendors to shop close to home for the holidays 💕 and did I mention there will be food trucks??

Come get yourself a holiday treat with us and have a good time! This is our last event of the year people so let’s make it count! Come see us early to make sure your favorite is still on the shelves!!!
