Save this recipe for homemade All-Purpose Gluten-Free Flour!

Ingredients
7 oz white quinoa
3 ½ oz chia seed
3 ½ oz arrowroot flour
7 oz corn starch

Preparation
1. Place quinoa and chia seeds into mixing bowl and grind 1 min/speed 9.
2. Add arrowroot flour and corn starch and blend 20 sec/speed 9.
3. Store in your airtight Vacuum Container until ready to use.

Spicy Cauliflower Soup / Crema de Coliflor con Curry

INGREDIENTS

2 portion(s)

Spicy cauliflower soup

160 g cauliflower, cut into small florets
1-2 tsp Madras curry powder, plus extra for garnishing
40 g Raw Cashew Nuts
2 tsp Vegetable stock paste (see Tips)
400 g water
fresh coriander, leaves only, for garnishing (optional)

RECIPE'S PREPARATION

Place all ingredients, except coriander leaves, into mixing bowl and cook 15 min/100°C/speed 1, then blend 1 min/speed 4-9, increasing speed gradually from speed 4 to speed 9.
Serve soup hot, garnished with fresh coriander leaves (optional) and extra curry powder to taste.
