It’s been a minute since I’ve posted—life got a little crazy wrapping up grad school (almost there, woohoo!). But I couldn’t stay away for too long, especially when there’s baking to be done! 💕🎂

I recently had the honor of making some special cupcakes for an engagement party, and I’m so excited to share these with you all! 🧁✨

Today at Knead a Minute Sweets and Treat, I brought a brand-new creation to life — and this one’s bursting with flavor!

💛 From-scratch Vanilla Sponge Cake — light, moist, and the perfect base.
💛 Creamy Vanilla Buttercream Icing — smooth, sweet, and full of homemade goodness.
💙 And the showstopper: Blueberry Compote used as a filling, topping, AND drizzle. Yes — it’s that good!

Every bite is layered with flavor and love — soft vanilla cake, rich buttercream, and that tangy-sweet blueberry compote tying it all together. This one might just be a new favorite!
