Happiness is a babyccino at Farinolio! Warm milk and fluffy deliciousness topped with Italian cocoa powder. Kids are delighted to have their own drink while parents can sip their coffees at ease. How relaxing!
We are so happy to have been welcoming you to our farmhouse-style cooking classes and dinners! The place where clients become friends and friends become family. Una grande famiglia!
Chef Laura teaches the class in both Italian and English so that the guests get to learn interesting cultural aspects as well as words and phrases you can use on their next trip to Italy!
Through her family’s recipes, our new friends in cucina get to learn the secret that makes Italian cuisine so unique and celebrated: la convivialita’.
Our culinary workshops are intended for a maximum of 12 participants, who will are always welcomed with a variety of Tuscan appetizers including bruschetta and fagioli all'olio.
The communal table will next be set, just as it was at our Toscana agriturismo, and you will proceed to the kitchen to begin preparing an incredible Tuscan meal.

November 2022 was the time when we had the pleasure to host Chef Michele Mancini from Ristorante Enoteca L'Olivo by Hotel Stella della Versilia in Tuscany, owned by Gigi Buffon, a former goalkeeper for the Italian National Soccer Team that won the World Cup.
Chef Michele shared his authentic Tuscan recipes and extended culinary knowledge with our talented bakers, who are excited to debut some of the new creations in the New Year Menu. In fact, Italian bignè with crema e cioccolato, cialdine vegane as well as grissini al rosmarino will soon be available!
Chef Michele, who reimagined rustic and traditional Tuscan flavors into exquisite culinary works of art, presented mouthwatering dining experiences and cooking lessons at Farinolio!

We have to admit that one of our favorite memories from 2022 is Thursdays in Piazza with Chef Corrado and his Neapolitan wood fired pizza oven. The charme of an Italian piazza filled with the sounds of classy music, Corrado’s genuine warmth, and mouthwatering bites and pizza…semplicemente perfetto! We really value our partnership with Filippo Gambassi because it is a story of passion and family traditions that have been handed down from father to son for over 120 years.
Filippo has developed a production warehouse in Virginia that complies with USDA sanitary standards but, follows the original Tuscan meat-making process based only on simple organic ingredients and slow natural aging.

They came up with this design and created these beautiful fresh garlands and wreaths with organic greens: douglas fir, cedar pine, juniper, magnolia leaves, long hair pine, noble fir.
