You guys… I did a thing a couple days ago. 😁
I knew I wanted to commemorate Becky the Bakester with a tattoo, but it took me a while to figure out what it should be. I’m so happy with how it turned out, and even happier with what it represents.
When I look at this, I’ll always think about
• the hard work and dedication it took to build a business from the ground up
• the quality time I got to spend with my parents, aunt, and cousin as they helped the bakery grow
• my incredible team who showed up, cared deeply, and made the bakery what it was
• the customers who became familiar faces and daily bright spots
• the birthdays, showers, weddings, and celebrations you trusted us to be part of
• the stories parents shared about little girls playing “Becky the Bakester” in their play kitchens, a reminder that what we built mattered
• the resilience it took to keep going through the hard seasons
• the community that supported us, encouraged us, and showed up again and again
• the small business owners who became sounding boards, cheerleaders, and friends along the way
• the joy of feeding people and creating moments, not just desserts
This little piece of ink holds more memories than I can put into words. ♥️
I’d love to hear from you. What’s your favorite Becky the Bakester memory?
