People tend to ask me why I started a business making Hot Mini Donuts and Homemade Baked Goods. My answer is, “I Love to Bake!” My mom (miss her every day) loved to read cookbooks and baking books. She got me into baking, and I just started looking up recipes to make. I love to bake for people and enjoy watching others taste my delicious treats. I’m always looking for baking books or for new fun recipes to try. What’s your favorite sweet treat? For years at events, I have watched others make Hot Mini Donuts and thought to myself, I can do this! How fun would it be to make mini donuts to sell. After my mom passed away in 2023, I struggled to cope with the loss of her. I would share all my new adventures, new recipes with her and so much more! Mother’s Day 2024 was a change for me. At that moment in my life, I decided to take the plunge and open Deez Donuts and Devil Delights in honor of my mother. I know she is watching over me every day and would be so proud of me for making my dreams come true! If you know me, you know I’m a people person and love to see smiles on people’s faces.
