🍞 Did you know?

We dry our sourdough starter before adding it to our pancake mix!

Dehydrating the starter allows us to incorporate that familiar sourdough flavor into our pancake mix without adding liquid starter to the mix. It’s one of the little steps we take to make our pancake mix special—and a great way to put our sourdough starter to use! 🥞

Lately, I’ve been doing a little reflecting on this sweet little business of mine. 🤎

Between markets, baking, creating, packing, and all the behind-the-scenes work that no one sees, it’s been a busy season — but also one filled with so many opportunities to learn, grow, and try new things.

I’ve been spending some time in the kitchen dreaming up new recipes and adding a few new favorites, including my sourdough crackers! 🧀🌿 There’s something so rewarding about taking a simple idea and turning it into something I’m genuinely excited to share with you.

I’m learning that growth doesn’t always mean doing more. Sometimes it means slowing down, making room for creativity, and being intentional about what comes next.

So for now, I’m soaking up this season, enjoying the creative process, and feeling incredibly grateful for everyone who continues to support my little corner of the kitchen.

There are some fun things in the works, and I can’t wait to share them with you. 🤎✨
