Torta Chaja
My #1 favorite cake.
An airy vanilla sponge soaked in a peach syrup, filled with first layer of whipped cream and fresh peaches the second layer of a dulce de lecheā€¦ hold on not done- then covered in whipped cream and crushed merengues.
I know itā€™s a mouth full but an unforgettable piece of heaven.

The bride and groom wanted what symbolized them onto the cake theme. And you know what!? HECK YES! Thank you giving us a challenge. Oh and this cake was AI designed! Thankfully for Anne and Josh for their skills & their 3D printer that made it all happen!!!
