This week’s specialty item is Sourdough Blueberry Scones!

Made with my sourdough starter, packed with juicy blueberries, and finished with a sweet vanilla glaze, these buttery scones are the perfect grab-and-go breakfast or afternoon treat.

These will be available in a limited quantity this Saturday at the Farmer’s Market at Seventh Square. Once they’re gone, they’re gone!

Introducing our brand-new Sourdough Granola! 🥣🍯

Crunchy, wholesome, and made in small batches with simple ingredients you’ll love:

🌾 Oats
🥜 Chopped pecans & sliced almonds
🍯 Local honey
🤎 Brown sugar

Toasted to golden perfection and packed with delicious clusters in every bite.

And here’s the fun part: it’s made using our sourdough starter process, giving new life to ingredients that would otherwise go unused. It’s one more way we’re committed to making the most of every batch we create.

This granola is also kicking off something new at Little Mae’s! 🎉

Throughout the season, we’ll be featuring a series of rotating treats alongside our sourdough loaves, cookies, and cinnamon rolls. Some items may become customer favorites and stick around, while others will be special limited-time offerings. So if you see something that catches your eye, don’t wait too long!

Season 2, Episode 1 of Summer Saturdays at the Farmers Market is officially in the books—and what a way to start.

You all showed up and showed out. We had another Sold Out Saturday, and I truly can’t put into words how grateful I am for this community.

On my way to market this morning, I found myself reflecting on where this journey started. Just one year ago, I was a girl with a sourdough starter, a tent, a table, a red ice chest, and a dream. Today, I have loyal customers, familiar faces, new friends, and the confidence to keep going even on the hard days.

Little Mae’s Sourdough Co. has grown more than I ever imagined, and it’s because of each and every one of you. Thank you for supporting local, for believing in my business, and for making market days something I look forward to every week.

I can’t wait to spend another summer of Saturdays with all of you. 🤍

I’ve got sourdough loaves, cinnamon rolls, cookies, and fresh burger buns ready to go.
