Learn how to make your very own king cake from scratch!
In this class you'll learn how to make the dough, filling, and glaze all from scratch, then bake and decorate your king cake that you will take home at the end of the class.
Each class is at 3:00 PM, and has room for 8 students each.
Ages 12 and up

Classes should last between two to two and a half hours.

Have you ever had a Galette des Rois? (French King's Cake) They are the ancestor of the modern king cake popular in France and New Orleans. They're made from a buttery, flaky puff pastry filled with an almond cream. They also stay fresh longer than a "normal" king cake.
