Introduction ✨
Hello, I am Hayley ! I Felt it was about time I came on here to introduce myself and share a little bit about my vision when it comes to Hidden Gems Bakery
With that being said , I am 27 years old and have always loved to bake. I loved the creativity I could bring to light when it came to decorations or mixing of flavors together to create something unique. I love being able to specifically curate a dessert/treat that adapts to the movement and flows of everyday lives. The uniqueness of each persons diets , restrictions, preferences, taste buds and understanding of flavors to bond them together nicely. To be able to provide a dessert for my clients to enjoy without having to worry about searching far and wide to find somewhere that will provide what they are searching for. I wanted to have it all in one place and easily accessible. I have a daughter who inspires me when I am creating my kit. I think of something she would enjoy doing, how heartfelt getting something that your child created for you, used their own imagination for that craft to come to life is very rewarding and magical to watch, something that’s easy and manageable as a parent 💜
In the long run , I ultimately want my bakery to become “one with the land”. I want it to be fully functional off of what I have from milking my own free range cows , collecting eggs, milling my own flour, composting waste into the garden soil for a fruitful harvest of seasonal vegetables/ fruit that’s needed for desserts. With the ultimate goal of being able to provide clean foods with no additives, no animal cruelty, no mass producing/over-consuming and plus who doesn’t want to be able to come to a farm to love on the animals that are helping support your basic human functions 🥹✨
