WDD considers Mike Mignola a hero of the comic book world! So, it was with great pleasure that I was there to capture his world-exclusive signing at Earth-2 Comics on Hellboy Day!

Wow, never have I seen so many people wait in line to get into Hell...Boy Day, that is! We were so honored to host Hellboy Creator Mike Mignola who graciously signed for more than 300 fans for more than 3 hours! Mike brought some BPRD swag to give away. Everyone got free Hellboy comics! There was a History of Hellboy cake and BPRD cookies! One of our biggest events and we thank all the people who came to see Mike and even bought a book or two along the way!

Some pics from Jason Inman's book signing and the Earth-2 Comics sidewalk sale!

Two great events on one great day. Jason Inman came by to sign his new book Super Soldiers examining all the comic book characters who served in the military.

So many collections being processed we had a pop up Sidewalk sale, bring back the Satellite excitement of great items and great prices (plus we were giving out free items with every purchase!).

WDD was on hand to snap some shots of the legend Marv Wolfman at Earth-2 Comics!

Legendary comic book writer Marv Wolfman, co-creator of the New Teen Titans, Crisis on Infinite Earths (in which he destroyed Earth-Two!) and Black Cat, and writer of Tomb of Dracula, Amazing Spider-Man and pretty much every character at one time or another, made a visit last week to celebrate the release of Man and Superman 100 Page Super Spectacular. Marv considers it perhaps his finest Superman story and it is an emotionally powerful epic as young Clark Kent arrives in Metropolis with the weight of the world on his shoulders. Must he become a Superman?
