🚧🎂 A Little Builder’s Birthday! 🎂🚧

This custom cake was made for a very special little boy celebrating his 3rd birthday! 🥳💛

The theme was perfect for a little guy who loves big trucks and construction! We brought the job site to life with CAT-inspired construction equipment, edible “dirt,” and, of course, a big 3️⃣ to celebrate his big day! 🏗️🚜

This one was especially fun for me to make because construction equipment holds a special place in my heart. ❤️ My fiancé is a heavy-duty diesel mechanic for CAT, so getting to create a cake inspired by the world he works in every day made this one feel a little extra special!

I absolutely love when a cake can be more than just dessert—it can reflect the things someone loves and make their celebration that much more personal. 🥰

And here we are, my first official wedding cake!! Proud and amazed is an understatement!! I was given the description of “white cake, filled with chocolate mousse, naked cake, edible pansies cascading down the side with a little greenery, white on the outside, needs to feed 80-100 people and the cake topper we have!” As any pastry chef would tell you, building a three tiered wedding cake that is filled with chocolate mousse is no easy feat as chocolate mousse gives no stability to a cake, even a 1 tiered cake, especially at the end of August! But I made it happen, and thank God the weather was cool! And all enjoyed it!! 😅

I have to add, my most favorite part about this cake is the greenery on the cake is strawberry mint that came fresh from my personal garden (washed of course haha)! ☺️

This past weekend I had the pleasure of doing these two sheet cakes!! The nature themed cake was hand painted with buttercream, marble cake filled with chocolate cream. The Jets cake is white cake with homemade raspberry filling!

These cakes were a delight to make!!

Alrighty folks, bare with me as I apologize for being so inactive on my business page here, but I am looking to do more special orders!! A little late to posting these beauties, but almost 200 cupcakes for my very first wedding (first wedding in which I also set up the cupcakes). Beyond proud of this order. 4 days worth of work, and amazing reviews from the bride, groom, and guests!

•Hi all! I apologize for being inactive for so long! Little life update, I graduated from The Culinary Institue of America in April of this year with my AOS in Baking and Pastry Arts studies and technology, and I am currently working a full time job as a pastry chef/line cook in Cooperstown, NY!

•I am still accepting cake orders and other dessert orders, although with it being summer time my schedule is a bit difficult, but I will always try my absolute hardest to make it work out!

•A couple reminders as this summer is going to be hot! If you are looking to order a cake or cupcakes or anything that has frosting, please please please do NOT leave it outside or in the sun, the frosting and all decorations that are attached to the frosting will melt off. If it is muggy or has been raining, also do not leave it outside as sugar is hydroscopic. What does that big funny word mean? Well that means that sugar likes water and absorbs water and dissolves. So therefore if you leave anything that has a high sugar content like frosting in a muggy or humid environment it will cause the frosting to melt as well, even without heat!
