Buyer Beware with and their parts and warranty dept. after buying many, many appliances with them. (Washer , dryer, 3 ovens, fridge, dishwasher) we finally had a need to use the service department for our dryer and it has been nothing short of a .

Just before thanksgiving it stopped working. (11/28) I put in for a repair but had to wait almost a week due to the holiday, (12/3) then was told it needed parts and I’d have to wait DAYS to find out if they had the parts and if they could reschedule me.

Come to find out it would take another week for the parts to come in, I finally receive a call after hours of course, to schedule a follow up. (12/10)
I go ahead and schedule it only to receive a bunch of messages cancelling and rescheduling my appointment. (12/13)

Tech comes today and says he doesn’t have parts and doesn’t know anything about the previous history.

It has now been three weeks and I’m told it will be at least another week or more before they even order the parts to even help me. What a joke! With three little babies at home we need clean clothes!!!

Going back and forth to the laundromat is not feasible in the cold weather when we should have a good machine at home that we paid for.

Please spend your money elsewhere, don’t be like me and think customer loyalty means anything because apparently it just means you are a chump to be loyal to a brand that doesn’t care about you even one bit.

Amy was a person who, from the first time I met her, always made sure I felt supported in my endeavors. She always was there for me through each market season, both outdoors and indoors and it was a hard decision not to be with her this year at glen cove in Saturdays. So sadly, we say goodbye to her via posts and messages and hope she realizes the impact she had on the community and each life she touched. So thankful to have known her and had her guidance and advice. ❤️🕊️🫶🏻✨ rest in peace my friend.
