At home bakery, not commercial. We are located in South Dakota. All products are baked to order & we do not keep products on hand. Local orders only, no shipping.

It’s been a busy summer as well as the past couple weeks 💕 including birthdays, family time, travel and all 🎂🧁 I added blueberries to some extra yellow cupcake batter and they turned out amazing!

💕Today’s little baking tidbit 💕
When baking cookies:
🍪 Allow freshly baked cookies to cool completely on a cooling rack.
🍪Once completely cool, transfer the cookies to an airtight container and store them in the freezer. This especially works well for macarons.
🍪When ready to serve, remove cookies from the container and allow them to return to room temp on a wire rack (if you can wait that long) 😉
🍪🍪Freezing freshly baked cookies help them retain more of their fresh baked texture longer than when stored in a cookie jar or in a container on the counter. 🤯 🍪 for an extra treat, pop a cookie or two in the microwave/air fryer for a few sec to warm the center and Enjoy 😋
🍪No need re-warm a macaron, just allow to come back to room temp on a wire rack 💕

Summer is winding down and kids will soon be back in school. It’s been a busy summer but we’re back in town and ready to bake 💕
We have multiple weddings on the books for the rest of this year, but we’re taking orders for the times between. Thank you for all your patience while we were away from the kitchen and I hope you all are living it up this summer!

Busy, hot summer days are here 🏖️ colorful sunsets, birthday cupcakes and a birthday request for a my “blueberry cheesecake cookies” made into a cheesecake. 🌞The longest days of the year seem to fly by so fast!
