🚨FATHER’S DAY IS COMING!

Swipe right for a surprise Father’s Day cake…

We went all out this Father’s Day, we wanted do some new things, things we’ve never done before and push our creativity a bit further. I think Michel and the team did that?

When I think of my dad, it’s always the same. A lowkey sweet tooth, pretends not to want any desserts but ends up eating the whole thing, and of course it’s always chocolate, and for him specifically the chocolate mousse in a cup… so we wanted to do this one for him! ❤️

Introducing the Father’s Day Specials:

1. Guinness & Chocolate Pastry Cream Croissant 🍺 (non-alcoholic). Do not worry, you do not taste the Guinness too too much! Haha.

2. My Dad’s ultimate favorite: The Cafe Viennois, Coffee Crémeux, Chocolate Mousse, Whipped Cream and a macaron on top. All of that on a chocolate coffee cup (yes edible!)❤️

3. Surprise family brownie cake: available for orders ahead of time only for the next 48 hours only! 😵 (it won’t stay on the menu).

We hope to see you all this weekend, it’s going to be so chocolate heavy! Happy Father’s Day!

❤️ Hello everyone! Tomorrow for the first time, we will have two new specials… Swipe right (we need a vote)👀

We will have:

1. The raspberry crémeux eclair with fresh raspberries
2. The mango and passion fruit crémeux eclair with a crunch

The two chefs could not agree…

My mom is team Raspberry

We are replacing the current strawberry eclair and your vote will decide the next item that will stay for the summer. ☀️

🚨New Drink is finally here!

We told you it would be coming soon and it is now a reality. The Mango Sticky Rice Matcha is now available in the store 👀

Huge shoutout to George, our head barista aka our mad scientist, he really cooked up something special here! Even for the non matcha lovers… ❤️

We put our biggest matcha critics to the test, Stephanie and Gabby and we got the thumbs up. Hopefully you feel the same!

PS: We also make mango puree lemonades for the summer! ☀️

As most of you know, we have a new special item EVERY weekend… 🙌

Michel is the mastermind behind this one, unfortunately he got camera shy last minute so Carmela and I were hired to pose in his place. Hopefully we did a decent job?

Today and tomorrow only, we are bringing out a new fraisier matcha patisserie! Derived from our traditional best seller, the fraisier cake! 🍓

PS: If you’re not a matcha fan, we also have the new homemade Buffalo Chicken Pain Suisse! 🥐

Happy Tuesday! 🥐 (swipe to 3rd slide)

We woke up this morning and George had texted the slack channel saying “tested it at home. It slaps” followed by a picture of a brand new matcha drink recipe he made haha

We’ve been testing this brand new matcha recipe all morning that he has been working on… and it unanimously got really great reviews from the team. 👀

A new homemade mango sticky rice matcha! 🥭
Coming very soon!

In the meantime, he wanted to show off some of his other creations. The strawberry matcha, matcha latte and ube matcha latte!

Starting tomorrow, we are trying out a new item, we are taking some of our Plain Croissant and filling them with a little bit of Passion Fruit, Mango and Lime Crémeux! Homemade of course 🥐

Hello everyone! The whole team has been working so hard we almost forgot to share the Mother’s Day specials!

But we of course made sure that we would have some new limited edition viennoiseries and parti series , perfect to celebrate with the family! ❤️

After one of the most hardworking and most rewarding week ever, i cannot wait to settle down and see all of you for Mother’s Day weekend! 🙌

I will be there baking this weekend!

1. We’ve got one of the fan favorites, the bi-color strawberry / pastry cream croissant! 🥐

2. The Heart Shaped Danish with Raspberry Jam, Pastry Cream and fresh raspberries.

3. And the brand new Pistachio Strawberry Heart! With a new pistachio paste artisanal!

Mom and I have decided to pause the signature drinks for a few weeks after 1 month of trying it. ☺️

This will start next week (Mother’s Day week) and maybe a few weeks after that until we can be fully setup at the new facility.

While we appreciate all of the new customers coming in to try our drinks and baked goods we simply do not have the space to make them fast enough for now on a week like Mother’s Day.

We are an authentic bakery before all and not a coffee shop, so that will always be the focus.

We are actively working on a solution by upgrading our store! 🙌

Between the new facility opening and some tough feedback, morale is not at an all time high to say the least haha. Thanks Google Reviews lol - we also need a bit of rest, don’t want mom to collapse haha ❤️
