Happy Father's day to all the hardworking dads out there!

I finally fixed the igniter on my smoker, and therefore, had to do a favorite for dinner tonight!

Dry rubbed and smoked wings served with fries. Simple, easy, and absolutely delicious on every aspect!

Now i may get some flak for this...but smoked wings are NOT to be sauced. If im putting in the time and effort to smoke them, I want to taste the rub, taste the smoke. And these definitely had that delicious flavor!

It's been a while, I've been busy with work and spending time with the family. But seeing these on the grill really made me want to post them!

Grilled BBQ country ribs for dinner tonight!!! It feels good to be back at the grill and have some nicer weather!

Decided to have some fun on this blistery cold morning.

Crispy tortilla topped with spicy guacamole, sliced tomato, black beans, 2 fried eggs, and a couple slices of bacon!

Perfect breakfast today warm us up while the weather outside is in the negative.

Happy New Year!

2024 is long gone (thank god) and 2025 is here!

We always do Chinese on NYE and New Year Day is when I get to have some fun.

This year we went with a grilled surf n' turf that absolutely hit the spot.

Grilled king crab legs, grilled sirloin, roasted asparagus, and crispy baked potatoes. Here's to starting 2025 right!

Late post I know, but I wanted to thank everyone for all the birthday wishes today!

34 is gonna be the best year yet!

And as you can see, lil man wasn't too happy before cake, but after eating it, he was picking the plate it was that good!

Breakfast today was a sausage mushroom fritatta and dinner was one of my favorites, grilled (then air fried) honey garlic chipotle wings with homemade fries 🤤

It was truly a great day and I'm thankful for all of you!

Salad Sunday!

Decided to go with an old classic tonight, the Taco Salad!

Romaine lettuce, ground beef (homemade taco seasoning, cheddar cheese, tomato, onion, black beans, salsa, and ranch dressing.

Simple, but extremely effective!

Im really sorry for the lack of posting, life has been fighting back lately.

But here's a fun dinner!!!

With the weather dropping and cold weather coming, I wanted to make something warm and stick to your bones to warm you up.

That being said, I made a mushroom and carrot risotto with a porcini mushroom sliced pork roast. All topped with pecorino romano and green onions.

I've been cooking up a storm! Just haven't posted anything, so I apologize to everyone!
