BIG CHANGES ARE HAPPENING AT BAILEY BAKES!

This year has already brought SO many exciting changes! I got married, we’re selling our house, and one of the biggest changes of all… I left my job to pursue baking full-time!

We’re also working toward adding a sole kitchen space so Bailey Bakes can continue to grow and bring even more sweet treats to you all!

I’m officially committed to two vendor markets this year. As I’m looking to branch out by participating in small local pop-up events and markets if you know of any upcoming community events, craft fairs, vendor markets, or local businesses looking to host pop-ups, I’d love for you to tag them in the comments or send me a message.

And while we’re growing, I want to hear from YOU!
What would you love to see added to the Bailey Bakes menu? More cakes? Brownies? New cookie flavors? Dessert boxes? Something completely different?!

I’m so excited to see where this next chapter takes Bailey Bakes, and I’m incredibly grateful for everyone who has supported me along the way.

Payment:

• A 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to reserve your order date. Orders are not confirmed until the retainer has been received.

• The remaining balance is due at pickup or prior to delivery.

Design:

• Designs are created using the inspiration photos, themes, and descriptions provided by the customer. While I will do my best to capture the overall look and feel, exact replicas are not guaranteed.

• Final design decisions, including colors, layouts, and artistic details, are at the discretion of Bailey Bakes.

Handmade Product Disclaimer:

• Every cookie is handcrafted and decorated individually. Slight variations in color, detail, lettering, and placement are normal and make each cookie unique. These variations are not considered defects.

Pickup & Acceptance:

• Customers are responsible for inspecting their order at pickup.

• Once an order has been picked up or delivered, it is considered accepted. Bailey Bakes is not responsible for damage occurring after pickup or delivery due to handling, transportation, storage, or weather conditions.

Cancellations:

• Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled pickup date.

• The 50% retainer is non-refundable. Cancellations made with at least 7 days’ notice will not be responsible for the remaining balance.

• Orders canceled fewer than 7 days before pickup may be responsible for the full balance, as supplies have been purchased and production has begun.

Changes to Orders:

• Requests for changes to designs, quantities, or pickup dates must be made as early as possible. While I will do my best to accommodate changes, they cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.

Allergens:

• Products are made in a home kitchen that handles common allergens, including wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. While precautions are taken, cross-contact cannot be guaranteed.
