I’m on a roll, and it sure is sweet!

I baked 140 gluten free sourdough sweet rolls today which = 70 gluten free sourdough caramel rolls and 70 gluten free sourdough cinnamon rolls! I also baked a few loaves of bread.

It’s crazy, it’s happening, my kitchen feels like it gets smaller every time I bake but somehow I have space! 🥳🥳🤩🤩 😵‍💫🤣

I even told the kids I made them a pan of gluten free sourdough cinnamon rolls for them to have after school and their little faces all lit up like a Christmas tree!

I am only accepting orders for 2 more dates left in September. The rest are FULL! Message me if needing a sweet treat!

Gluten free sourdough loaves. No commercial yeast, no xanthan gum and yet absolutely delicious! There really is not the “sour”dough flavor but instead would say it is a bit sweeter. We always toast it. Pb&j, turkey and ham sandwich’s and grilled cheese is the best. Psyllium husk when mixed with water forms a gel and that is what replaces the gluten.
Amazing. It’s been a long journey but I love baking for people who need gluten free, have celiac and need the safety of a gluten free kitchen or even have gluten sensitivities.

Perfect gluten free sourdough caramel roll. After rolling out almost 🤩40 of them last night and a few pans of gluten free sourdough monkey bread I’m going to treat myself to one before my kids/Peter eat them all!

Prepping, rolling out dough and excited to bake again tomorrow for people who have ordered already and picking up tomorrow! This is about half of what I prepped. So many orders, so thankful!

I do have ONE extra pan that will be up for grabs tomorrow. Gluten free sourdough monkey bread that will have caramel. I know monkey bread is really popular and I have purposely not put it on my menu because honestly, I am currently so busy with baking that I don’t know how I would add one more thing! 😂😂 🤩🤩🤩

BUT if anyone would want to buy the gluten free sourdough monkey bread, let me know! It will be $18. Pick up at my house in Watertown. It’s seriously so good! 😋😋😋

Delicious gluten free sourdough baked goods I baked for pick up today!

My gluten free sourdough caramel rolls were entered into a baking competition here in Watertown for our Rails to Trails weekend in the Sweet Rolls category and they won SECOND place! Whoo-hoo!!

Super exciting! I hope they do the baking competition again next year!
