Baking and icing so many gluten free sourdough cinnamon rolls today for pick ups this afternoon! About 15 pans. Arietta said “mom, that is a math problem! 15x 9 = 135 individual gluten free sourdough cinnamon rolls! 🤗🤪😜

I even made some monkey bread for a few people who will be buying/picking them up later and I made an extra pan for my kiddos. Linnéa doesn’t think it should be called monkey bread but instead she calls it “cinnamon dots!” 😃

So thankful for all of you who are local who continue to purchase my gluten free sourdough baked goods! I love baking for my family and baking for all of you!

Gluten free sourdough loaves all cooling and ready for pickup! 16 loaves.. which is a lot since I can’t bulk bake or bulk mix any of it. Every loaf has to get mixed separately and baked separately in its own Dutch oven.

No xanthan gum. No commercial yeast. Just individual flours, individual starches, maple syrup, extra virgin olive oil, psyllium husk powder, water, salt and a strong gluten free sourdough starter! This process took me months to figure out since I personally can not tolerate commercial yeast.

June 10 and June 17 are the only dates I have left in June if anyone wants to message me and place their order!

I think these are the fluffiest I have ever made! It’s the perfect way to spoil your friend, co-worker, neighbor or relative if they have a birthday coming up! 😎🥳

Celiac safe kitchen and we have been gluten free for 2 years so there is no chance of cross contamination. I have my cottage food producer license. #20279214

It has been quite awhile since I posted in here! We spent some time visiting family out of state for a highschool graduation (Nebraska) and spent time with our kids in a different state having our own little vacation (South Dakota)!

This past weekend though, I baked and baked and baked! Whew!

The gluten free sourdough caramel rolls I made a few weeks ago didn’t quite turn out. My kids and hubby loved them but I have to make a few tweaks before I put them on my menu!

May is completely full of orders.. but I will be choosing some dates in June for pick ups!

After my crazy busy Easter week AND Easter weekend of baking for so many of you, I had to take the past week off of baking.

Today, though, I have made plenty of gluten free sourdough cinnamon rolls and gluten free sourdough loaves for pickup this evening! Lots of baking happening and I’m going to attempt to make gluten free sourdough CARAMEL rolls this weekend because I have received that request from many many people!

Gluten free sourdough dinner rolls!

The absolute perfect mix of rosemary and garlic paste. They rise in the oven, they taste so good and warm up to perfection. No commercial yeast, no xanthan gums.

It took me a long time to find this recipe, tweak it and score them just right!

No commercial yeast but instead xanthan gum, a variety of ingredients and psyllium husk powder..
