The spooky season has officially found its way into The Wicked Whisk, and she's brought a few dangerously delicious treats with her. 👻✨

This round of cheesecake bite variety boxes is serving up three flavors of Halloween indulgence:

🔥 S'mores - Chocolatey, marshmallowy, campfire-inspired decadence.

🍏 Caramel Apple - Sweet caramel, tart green apple, and all the nostalgia of a fall carnival.

🍬 Candy Corn - Because what's Halloween without a little candy corn? All the festive fun in cheesecake form!

Whether you're firmly on Team Candy Corn or think it belongs in the same category as tricks instead of treats, there's a little something for everyone. 🖤

✨🖤 A Whole Lot More Cheesecake. 🖤✨
When I look at where The Wicked Whisk started this year compared to this menu now…I’ve gotten a little out of hand. In the best possible way.

What started with a much smaller collection of cheesecakes has grown into 40+ flavors, cheesecake bites, minis, seasonal offerings, a few cocktails masquerading as desserts, and even some savory experiments along the way. Some of these were flavors I dreamed up because they sounded delicious. Some started as customer requests. Some were experiments that had absolutely no business working as well as they did. And quite a few have become favorites that aren't going anywhere. 🖤

So, after a year of adding, experimenting, tweaking, and probably consuming an unreasonable amount of cream cheese, The Wicked Whisk finally has one big, comprehensive menu!

And with the holidays creeping closer, holiday orders are officially open! 🎃🦃🎄

My baking schedule is limited, particularly around the holidays, so earlier is always better. Please plan for at least one week's notice, especially for larger orders. Once the holiday schedule fills up, I may not be able to squeeze in additional orders.

There’s something about salted caramel that doesn’t need much introduction. Rich, creamy cheesecake topped with a silky layer of caramel and finished with just enough sea salt to balance all that sweetness.

I know the calendar technically still says August, but the first pumpkin order of the season has officially gone out, so I’m calling it: we’ve suffered through enough summer. Pumpkin season starts now. 🖤

These Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake Bites are everything I want this time of year - creamy pumpkin cheesecake with all those warm pumpkin pie spices, topped with fresh whipped cream and a little extra dusting of spice.

Basically, pumpkin pie and cheesecake made a tiny, dangerously snackable baby.

Lemon and black currant might not be the most obvious pairing, but apparently they were waiting for each other.

Bright, tart lemon cheesecake swirled with rich black currant preserves, then dressed up with fresh whipped cream, lemon wedges, and a deep black currant drizzle.

She’s sweet. She’s tart. She’s a little dramatic. And honestly, I think the dark, almost moody black currant against all that bright lemon is my favorite part. 🕯️✨

Sometimes the best flavors start with a little curiosity and just enough temptation to see where it goes.

Over the past year, I've had more than a few people ask if I make cheesecake bites. So, to officially put that question to rest...

Yes. I do. 🖤

After another recent request, I figured it was finally time to make a couple batches, test a few new recipes, and show you exactly what my cheesecake bites look like.

🤎 Dulce de Leche - brown sugar and dulce de leche cheesecake topped with fresh whipped cream and a rich dulce drizzle.

🍒 Cherry Amaretto - almond and Disaronno-infused cheesecake topped with cherry pie filling. A few are pictured with Amaretto pipettes, but because of cottage food regulations, I can't sell them pre-filled with alcohol. If you'd like to add that little extra magic at home, I can absolutely provide pipettes for you to fill yourself. ✨

💫 And because I couldn't stop at just making samples...I have one mixed dozen available for purchase! Six Dulce de Leche and six Cherry Amaretto cheesecake bites for $25. First come, first claimed. 🖤
