🖤✨ A spell well cast. ✨🖤

Some recipes come together. And some arrive fully formed.

Amaretto-steeped plums, slow-simmered with their own syrup and browned butter until they turn soft, dark, and impossibly luxurious. Set atop a brown sugar cheesecake infused with almond, warm and velvety without ever feeling heavy.

Finished with a whisper of pecan for just enough texture to keep the bite interesting.

It’s rich. It’s soft. It lingers.

Sweet mango, bright lime, a slow chamoy drizzle, and a dusting of Tajín like a final little spell on top.

Sweet, tangy, a little spicy - the kind of balance that keeps pulling you back in just to figure it out again.

A little sun, a little heat, a little chaos… bottled up and baked into something you probably shouldn’t eat all at once (but will anyway).

Brown sugar cheesecake, buttery crust, and pecans simmered down into something rich, sticky, and just a little dangerous.

Feels like something pulled straight out of a southern kitchen… the kind of sweet that lingers a little longer than it should.

🤍 White Chocolate Sweetheart – Golden Oreo crust, white chocolate cheesecake, white chocolate drizzle, whipped cream border, and conversation hearts. Soft, sweet, and dangerously charming.

Dark and decadent, but still soft in the center.

Oreo crust. Strawberry cheesecake. A dark chocolate ganache drip. Chocolate mousse rosettes piped like little love letters. And dark chocolate–covered strawberries perched on top like they absolutely belong there.

🍓 Strawberry & Dark Chocolate - dark chocolate shell, strawberry cheesecake center, pink drizzle because it demanded one

This key lime cheesecake is smooth, tangy, and perfectly balanced — finished with clouds of whipped cream, fresh lime slices, and a little extra zest because subtlety isn’t the point. 🍋‍🟩✨

Raspberry pistachio cheesecake bonbons: rough around the edges for now, but rich, decadent, and absolutely doing what they’re supposed to do.

🖤✨ Not all cheesecakes are sweet. ✨🖤

These jalapeño jelly cheesecake minis are creamy, tangy, a little spicy, and very much breaking the rules — finished with glossy jalapeño jelly and crunchy jalapeño chips for added texture and spice. 🌶️🧀

My first real step into savory cheesecake territory, and I’m officially obsessed. Sweet, heat, and just enough chaos to keep things interesting.
