JOB TITLE: Office Administrator

We are looking for an office administrator to work with our wholesale and retail customers. You would be involved daily with Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable. Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Interacting with customers by email and phone
Creating invoices and production sheets using Quickbooks
Communicating with the kitchen team when the need arises
Office Organization
Special projects as needed

Key Skills Required:

Provide a professional, supportive experience to each of our wholesale and retail customers
Close attention to detail
Excellent time management skills, punctual and dependable
Experience with Quickbooks
A pleasant, professional phone manner with clear communication skills
General computer literacy, including spreadsheet programs and word processing

Ideal candidate is enthusiastic about food and quality baked goods. If you want a unique office environment with a team of people who love what they do, and work hard to make The Danish Pastry House the best bakery we can be, then please apply!

HOURS: Mon-Fri full time.
STARTING PAY: $18-$20/hour
