Also due to some administrative issues we had to start a whole new fb page. So if you can all follow Rosemary's Bakery Cafe we will now be using that as the main page. Also follow the instagram account .bakerycafe

We will keep this account alive and running while everyone finds the new page. So sorry for the inconvinience.

Its been a long time coming but Rosemary's is ready to open, and we are excited to share our holiday menu with you!

Tomorrow we will do a soft open so you can come place orders. We will have coffee and some limited treats for sale.

Friday we will open at 7 fully stocked, serving breakfast!

🎉 Rosemary’s Bakery is Coming Back! 🎉
We’re thrilled to announce that Rosemary’s Bakery is entering a new chapter — we’ve officially sold the bakery to Nicole & Jim Capasso!

Nicole and Jim are an incredibly talented couple who share our passion for great food and community. Nicole brings years of experience from the renowned SoNo Bakery in South Norwalk, and together they’ll be reopening Rosemary’s along with a new café featuring breakfast, lunch, and locally roasted coffee.

✅ Same cherished recipes — including our famous Whipped Cream Cake
🥐 New additions like breads, croissants, and sourdough
☕️ Expanded café with fresh breakfast & lunch offerings

We’ll be working with Nicole & Jim during the transition to ensure a smooth handoff and continued quality — and yes, you’ll still see some familiar faces on staff!

It is finished! Thank you so much Watertown and surrounding communities for your support and love. It has been truly an extraordinary experience for Linda myself and families. A special thanks to all our employees, Sue, Yari, Maura, Nino, Olivia, and Samantha. And another special thanks to my brothers Todd, who was always a big part of Rosemary’s Bakery and Troy, who was always there for the heavy lifting of equipment or anything that we needed and I don’t want to forget my son-in-law and daughter Judd and Jillian for all they did and my godson In-law Jeremy, who is always there at a drop of a hat to help out. And I saw our landlord John and Sherry Daddona you guys are the best landlords one could ask for sign, Rick and Linda
