To all the people that have supported me in this adventure over the past 4 years - THANK YOU! It is always hard to close one door to make room for new opportunities and further growth, but here I am. This decision has been hard as I love all my amazing customers and all of the fun you have allowed me to create for you, but it is time for me to focus on future endeavors. This maybe the end of P.I.T.O. but stay tuned for what the future holds.

These cinfully tasty bread pudding cinnamon rolls are topped with a vanilla bean cream cheese frosting!

It was such a beautiful wedding even the cake was in tiers 🥲🤍. A huge CONGRATULATIONS to the new Mr. & Mrs.!

Two: I figured cake would be a more fun way to enjoy it during quarantine! 🤪😂 Today's fun bake was a Caribbean Style Rum cake with a butter rum glaze. OOF i may have added a little too much rum but let's be honest, is there such thing as too much rum ?

Homemade vanilla bean icecream, eggless cookie dough bits, fudge oreo layer, and a decadent dark chocolate sponge, all topped with a vanilla bean mascarpone whip cream, fudge sauce, gold dipped cherries, and sprinkles galore!!

Layers of a fresh strawberry sponge, with a tart strawberry filling, chocolate mousse, all coated in chocolate buttercream, topped with a rich chocolate fudge, and finished with crispy pearls and (obviously) chocolate covered strawberries!
