It’s September 1st….and that means our Fall menu will be coming out next week! We have some new items, like a Brookie Cookie, Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls and a Pumpkin Streudel Muffin making their first appearance….and some favorites from last year will also be coming back!

My goal is to make gluten free food taste as close to the real thing as possible. I am allergic to wheat and have a child with celiac disease and neither of us want to eat dry and crumbly bread…and you shouldn’t settle for that either.

*while I can’t legally claim anything I make is gluten free (I can say bagels made with gluten free flour though), I take every precaution to avoid cross contamination…separate mixer, utensils, bowls etc. I do bake items that contain gluten on separate days and do my best to sanitize everything, but there’s always the chance of cross contamination and I need to give that disclaimer*

It’s back to school time already and I’d love to help fill your kid’s lunch box with breads and treats made with quality ingredients, no seed oils, preservatives and only Ingredients you can pronounce. We have everything from bagels and sandwich bread, to muffins, cookies and brownies.

My son asked for lasagna and garlic bread for his birthday dinner…I almost went and bought garlic bread to make life easier, but since I’m a baker, I just couldn’t do it. Garlic bread is so much better on fresh bread. ❤️

Should I add baguettes to the menu? 🤔

If you had to choose between Toffee Chocolate Chip Cookies and Strawberry and Cream cookies, which would you choose?

They are almost tied for our most popular cookie and will be available tomorrow at our Sourdough stand from 9-12.

Where are all my Lemon Poppyseed fans? I love a good lemon poppyseed muffin (those are coming to our summer menu too!) but wanted to turn those flavors into a sweet treat…and thats how these cookies were born. 😍

These will be available Saturday at our first Sourdough Saturday of the season! More on that coming soon!
