Hello sourdough enthusiasts!

I noticed it's been a while since I posted. With summer in full swing, time has been flying, but I wanted to let you all know what's going on over here at Kneaded Joy AK!

I'm still here baking and supplying the coffee shops with scones and rolls! You can find blueberry lemon scones at all Little Millers locations, as well as strawberry rolls, cinnamon rolls, blueberry lemon scones, and vanilla maple scones at Ski Brews.

I'm pausing pre-orders for the summer, but I'm planning to bring them back in the fall. I'll be working on how to reincorporate them once we start our homeschool year in September.

Friday bread deliveries to Meadow Lakes Market are on hold until July 18th! I'll be out of the kitchen, spending time camping and fishing with family.

Lastly, thank you so much for being here! You guys have kept me busy stocking the coffee shops, and for that, I am truly grateful.

Hey friends!

There was no pre-order open yesterday... So what's going on??

I wanted to let you all know I'm restructuring my bake days in an effort to better serve all my weekly customers! I'm going to open pre-orders on Sunday mornings and close them on Tuesday nights, making them available for pick-up/delivery either on Thursdays or Fridays. I'm leaning more toward a Friday pick-up/delivery, but it may take a week or two to figure out which day works best.

Thank you for your patience and for sticking with me as I rearrange things moving forward! 🫶
