Hello! I would like to say a big thank you to everyone who shared my Facebook posts, to my dear friends for their support, and to all the visitors of the purple cart yesterday. It was delightful to read the guest book and I look forward to seeing more. The cart will be available again in approximately 2 weeks. On its return, expect an assortment of SCONES in at least 4 different flavors. Stay tuned for further updates. Yay it's summer ⛱️🌞!

GRAND OPENING: Friday, May 22nd, 7 a.m. until sold out! Sourdough loaves available at 503 W 2nd St, Washington, IA (N Ave D and W 2nd St). The menu features ridiculously delicious plain ($10), jalapeno cheddar ($12), blueberry ($12), and cinnamon sugar ($12) loaves.Menu will morph into something else, schedule totally to be determined. Guest book provided - scribble some art, share a story, leave an encouraging note for the next person, or give us your best pure random jargon, and we'll give you a shout out!

UPDATE: Hello everyone! I am getting closer to announcing the official GRAND OPENING of Proofectly Doughlish's self serve purple cart. It still needs some finishing touches. But soon it'll be ready to serve Proofectly Doughlish sourdough goods!
