Had to make an "EMERGENCY" pineapple upside down trifle today for myself (I mean..the family) ....nothing else would do. Now the windows are up..feeling that nice cool breeze...cuddled up next to my hubby...watching "The Voice" and enjoying this delectable delight....yummo...
