The team starts with layers of rich dark and milk chocolate mousse infused with our signature Tatte No. 4 espresso blend. Each one is finished by hand with a glossy caramel glaze and cocoa nibs, for a dessert that’s rich, creamy, and just the right amount of indulgent.
