✨ Update from The E.Z. Farm ✨

Hi friends! My name is Emily, and I’m the baker behind The E.Z. Farm Micro Bakery here in Waseca, MN. Many of you already know I recently had open-heart surgery, and I’m continuing to focus on healing and getting my strength back.

I’ve had a few sweet messages asking if I’ll be baking for the holidays this year. As much as I would love to, my recovery has been a little slower than expected, so I’ll be pushing my relaunch date to January 1st.

I truly appreciate your patience, kindness, and support during this time. I promise I’ll be back in the kitchen soon, whipping up all the cozy, fresh goodies you love. ❤️

🍎✨ Late-Night Baking Adventures! ✨🎃

I decided to tweak my Apple Pie Cinnamon Rolls last night — and somewhere between the flour clouds and sticky counters, I thought… why not make Pumpkin Pie Cinnamon Rolls too?

Well, one thing led to another and my kitchen now looks like a delicious disaster zone. 😅 But honestly? Totally worth it. There was chaos, sugar, and maybe a little bit of magic involved.

Hey everyone! 👋 My name’s Emily, and I’m the home baker behind The E.Z. Farm.
I’ve always loved sharing my homemade treats with friends and family, and since everyone’s enjoyed them so much, I thought — why not share them with more people?

A little about me: I’m 25, a proud mom to a sweet 15-month-old boy, and I live here in Waseca, MN with my wonderful boyfriend. I’ve always had a passion for cooking and baking — always chasing that “perfect recipe.” It’s my favorite creative outlet and a way to share a little joy.

Everything I make is completely from scratch — every loaf, roll, and cookie. I even knead all my dough by hand, using simple, wholesome ingredients you can feel good about.

I recently found out that I’ll be needing open-heart surgery this November, and I was also recently let go from my job. So, while I prepare for surgery and recovery, I’ll be taking orders through Saturday, November 8th. After that, I’ll be taking a short break to heal and rest up — but I’ll keep everyone updated here on when I’ll be back to baking!

As for my menu and pricing, you’ll find all the details listed below. If something catches your eye (or your sweet tooth!), feel free to reach out with questions or feedback — I love hearing from you all.
