a few shots from last week.
we took a week off to rest after the plants and stuff season. there was zero baking, but still lots of plants.
we added guineas to the flock,
harvested scapes (available at the stand!),
admired kale (this is our first time starting with seedlings and the plants have never looked better),
performed the annual ritual of planting too many squash in one space,
fixed up the channel (chicken tunnel) that surrounds the garden
aaaannnnnddddd, ate plenty of homegrown strawberries.
I literally did not bake a thing last week and am craving carbs like crazy. bake day can't come fast enough.
