Last week, Ms. Knight’s summer school group put their baking skills to work! 🥖

Students learned about the ingredients that go into making bread, explored the science behind the process, and even made their own sourdough from scratch. It was a fun hands-on learning experience that combined creativity, teamwork, and a lot of patience! Turns out it’s hard to wait 2 days to finally eat the bread🤣

We are so proud of their hard work! 🍞✨

Yesterday was a market for the books!! … we got poured on multiple times and had to cover our products with a makeshift tarp 😂

But ultimately, we genuinely had fun (really!!)… our new canopy kept us mostly dry and our water weights (to keep the canopy from blowing away) did their job! 🤩

But really at the end of the day… it was so great still seeing so many of you!! We couldn’t be more grateful for our friends and loyal customers, braving the storm, the continuous sprinkling, and even some thunder and lightning just to see us, to buy some bread, and to get some treats.🥹

We really wouldn’t be able to do this without y’all, what started out as a day dream has turned into something that blesses us and brings us so much joy… so thank YOU!! We love y’all 💞🫶 and we’ll see you next weekend - RAIN OR SHINE!! For our Father’s Day market and preorder window!!! We love you guys!!!
