I have made the decision to close Kate Maple Bakery. This might be a shock, but it’s a decision I’ve given a lot of thought. Before I get any further: *If you have a confirmed upcoming order*, you are still on my calendar and I will be seeing through my final orders! Nothing is changing there.

The last 3 years have brought so many wonderful people into my life, and have taught me so much. I think the biggest thing I’ve learned though, is that running a bakery just isn’t for me. I know I’d always wonder and dream of this if I hadn’t given it a fair shot, and I’m so thankful I did. I’m incredibly grateful for all of your support and trust over the years — it’s been so special to be part of your holidays, celebrations, and every-day life. I will truly miss my regulars; you make this decision a tough one for me 🥺 I feel like I’m letting you down, but I’d be letting myself down if I didn’t pursue my other passions. I’m proud to close this chapter knowing that I gave KMB my all.

I will not be accepting any custom orders beyond August 15th, so if you need treats for an upcoming event before then, don’t hesitate to reach out! This isn’t goodbye just yet! Swipe to see the lineup of KMB’s final markets, and plan to come see me at one of them to give the bakery a proper send-off 🫶

We hear you: you can’t get enough of these buns!😉 so we’ll have more for you at this Saturday’s . We foresee them selling out (and selling out rather quickly!), so we HIGHLY recommend getting there early in the market to snag some! It starts at 9am, see ya then?
