Every gate has its own unique history. It all starts with a sketch executed by a designer. Then the sketch goes to a blacksmith, who, having studied it thoroughly, sets to work.

In his work, he uses an anvil, a forging furnace and pincers. The furnace is heated to the necessary temperature (depending on the kind of metal). A metal piece is placed in the furnace and heated.

After that, the blacksmith pulls it out and, while holding it with pincers, shapes it with a hammer. That is how, step by step, a gate comes into being.

Forged items have spots that cannot be grinded. To prevent moisture from gathering there and spoiling the item, we use special silicone that hardens after application.

To give it a proper look, we polish the roughness. That’s it! Moisture can no longer enter the hollows – the item is protected.

We burn for our work. If you enter our workshop, you will see lots of sparkles coming from the grinding of metal.

For this process, we use natural or artificial abrasive materials, depending on the material of the manufactured item. We are not afraid of fire, we manage it.

Have you ever heard of paint baking? No, it has nothing to do with baking food in the kitchen, although it can be called specialty of the house.

So, write down the recipe! We take special powder paint and put it into the powder chamber together with the manufactured item.

Then we use an electrostatic gun to charge the item. It magnetizes the paint and makes it stick to metal. When the metal piece is completely covered with powder, it is put into a curing oven, heated to the necessary temperature and kept there for some time (depending on the thickness of metal).

The powder fuses to the metal, we let the item dry for 10 minutes and voilà! Ready!
