The word humble comes to mind today. A friend hired me to make "the dress" cake which is one of my favorites. A combination of EVERYTHING made this a "problem" cake today. She was/is amazing and I'll be forever thankful that she forgave the bumps and bruises this cake arrived with. The dress looked amazing....however. .....mousse and fondant don't mix with humidity. Thank goodness for no flash!
