Our work days started back in 2022. One afternoon, while sharing my overwhelming list of everything I dreamed of doing in the business, Loren looked at me and said, “I’ll take one day off a month and help you!”

One day a month turned into every other week. Then, in 2025, it turned into every day.

That single conversation changed everything. It became the start of building something bigger than either of us imagined, something that’s already impacted so many lives and careers.

We’re working on what’s next, and we are so freaking excited. Can’t wait to share more soon.

With deep gratitude and excitement, we celebrate ten incredible years of .delaney.hair and at

Steph, our friendship began 18 years ago when you came to work with me and Lindsay. It has been a privilege to witness your journey through every milestone and season of life. Watching you grow both personally and professionally and now thriving as a wife, mother, and talented stylist has been truly heartwarming.

Jess, your connection to STEM started long before working behind the chair. From working the front desk during your college summers to becoming the incredible stylist you are today, your presence has always been an integral part of our team. Your laughter and contagious energy bring so much light to our space, and seeing your family grow has been such a joy.

Adam and I were supposed to go to Stagecoach this last weekend, but when the dates came out for Entre I knew we had to go and that it was a better use of our time. Investing in personal and professional development is our purpose at this stage of life, and to do it together was such a blessing. I went in 2019 and have wanted to go back every year since. We ate Tex mex every day and my newfound indulgence is tres leches cake!! 😹

Here are a few things I learned last week at Entreleadership:

-you’ll never scale anything without trust
-good communication is the balance of warmth and competence
-great coaches need great players
-goals are best for people who want to win once, systems are best for people who want to win repeatedly
-excellence isn’t about radical change, it’s about small improvements daily
-aim for nothing and you’ll hit it every time
-the opposite of love is not hate, it is indifference
-adversity will introduce you to yourself
-there are only two things we can control: our thoughts and our actions
-you don’t build a business, you build people
-the greats never stop learning
