11 years ago today, we said “I do”.

The next day, we hopped on an airplane to Greece and spent a week wandering the streets of ancient cities, lying on the black sand beaches, and eating our weight in baklava.

To celebrate 11 years of love, I have spent months creating a sugar-free and gluten-friendly baklava, so you can bring a piece of our sweetest memory to your table.

These baklava bites are comprised of a buttery shortbread cookie crust, topped with a nut topping with hints of cinnamon and orange zest, and soaked in a sugar-free, allulose based honey.
