This week at the La Plata Farmers Market [Wednesday June 3rd] I will be reading the classic tale of The Little Red Hen and hosting a "meet and greet" with my 5 main grains. Children and adults will be able to see and handle the grains, learn a little bit about each one, and take some home to grow (if you'd like.)

The meet and greet will start at noon and the reading around 12:15. Hope to see you all there!

With Memorial Day right around the corner, I'll be making brioche-style hot dog rolls, hamburger buns, and dinner rolls to help you kick your celebration up a notch πŸ”πŸŒ­

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to support me today! It was wonderful to see so many faces I've missed and meet new ones. I sold out in the first few hours of opening, so if you want to make sure your favorite baked goods are waiting for you, order ahead of time and I'll slice them and have them waiting. Next week, I'll have croissants, cinnamon raisin, cinnamon swirl, sourdough, and maybe one other thing. Get your orders in early, and I'll see you next week!
