It is our first 4th of July in USA 🇺🇸 and it is so wonderful , yesterday for the first time we enjoyed the fireworks 🎇 in the downtown of Wake Forest 🌳

Today, many of our guests came with children, for us this is the highest indicator of your trust in us and we promise that we will prepare all products from the highest quality products, keep the kitchen in perfect condition, cook everything ourselves without preservatives and other harmful and unhealthy foods.

Hey friends 👋
The kitchen is ready and we are preparing for our opening on Monday.

We’ve already got 2 cake orders for Saturday, so we are working on them.

My wife got a strong passion for dough, so she started to make some dough for Croissant , tarts , Cookies , Bomboloni (Italian donuts 🍩) , Eclair, Madeleine , Pies for Monday 😊

Good evening, our dear guests, as you already know, we have been closed for renovation since last Tuesday. Since Tuesday we have been getting a lot of messages asking about the date of our opening, so we wanted to announce that we have already done a lot of work and have almost come to the end of the renovation, we have passed inspections in the Town of Wake Forest and the Department of Agriculture, we have renovated the hall , painted the walls, tiled the walls, ordered an Italian coffee from Modena called Molinari, this family business has been roasting coffee since 1804 😱 This coffee is one of the best non-commercial coffees we have tried. George has already visited Restaurant Depot with us and is actively involved in the life of our bakery. We have very little time left before we open our doors to our dear guests. What slows down the whole process is the waiting for the delivery of our equipment with which we will make our desserts. We really hope that soon we will be able to get to know everyone and begin to delight you with our work.

Approximate opening date: 26 June. ❤️

Good morning! Let me introduce my family and I.
My name is Jacques , I’m a pastry chef since 2015. I own “Paul & Jack” trattoria in my own country.

My wife is Alina , I met her when she came to me for an interview for a job, from now on we are always together. I taught her everything I know in the kitchen and now we are a team ✨

This year our team has replenished with one more member - our little George😊 He will be our most important assistant.

We are new in the country but we have a huge desire and passion for what we do in life.
Now we are closed for a renovation and preparation with a new menu , I will keep you in touch of what is happening in our bakery and hope see you soon , when we will open our doors.
