Hazel's birthday cupcakes! I made smores, millionaire, wedding cake, and a new one strawberry lemonade!

Strawberry Lemonade 🍓 - A fluffy lemon cupcake filled with lemon curd and topped with a fresh strawberry buttercream.

Smores - A graham cracker base with a fluffy chocolate cupcake filled with homemade marshmallow fluff and topped with a rich, dark chocolate buttercream.

Millionaire - A fluffy chocolate cupcake filled with caramel filling and sprinkled with crumbled shortbread, frosted with a rich dark chocolate buttercream and topped with more caramel and shortbread crumbles.

Wedding Cake - A fluffy white cupcake topped with a vanilla buttercream all with a hint of almond.

It's been a busy few weeks of baking! I made some Wedding Cake, Raspberry Mascarpone, Triple Chocolate, and Millionaire cupcakes for Amelia's 1st Birthday Party! I loved how sweet the flowers turned out on the Wedding Cake Cupcakes! It was my first time making the Millionaire Cupcakes. I modeled them after a cake slice I had from the Cake Bake, and they turned out so good! Will definitely be making them again soon!

Wedding Cake - A fluffy white cake topped with a vanilla buttercream with a touch of almond flavor.

Raspberry Mascarpone - A fluffy white cake filled with mascarpone filling and topped with a sweet raspberry buttercream.

Triple Chocolate or the Grandma Joyce Cupcake in honor of my Grandma ❤️ - A fluffy chocolate cupcake filled with a chocolate ganache and topped with a rich chocolate buttercream and a white chocolate bow.

Millionaire Cupcake (possibly my new favorite) - A fluffy chocolate cupcake filled with caramel and shortbread crumbles topped with a rich chocolate buttercream drizzled with more caramel and sprinkled with shortbread crumbles.

I haven't been baking much recently, two little ones makes it way harder. But I recently made 300 cupcakes for a wedding, the most I have ever made at once! Thankfully it went smoothly!

Raspberry Mascarpone - a fluffy white cupcake filled with mascarpone filling and a fresh raspberry, then topped with a sweet raspberry buttercream.

I haven't been baking much between pregnancy exhaustion, gestational diabetes, and now having two little ones running around, but I got back into the swing of things for my sweet daughters 2nd birthday!

Ice Cream Cone Cake 🍦🍋 - vanilla cake filled with lemon whipped cream, lemon curd filling, and frosted with vanilla buttercream.

Raspberry Mascarpone Cupcakes 🧁 - a fluffy white cupcake filled with mascarpone filling and a fresh raspberry, and topped with a raspberry buttercream.

Smores Cupcake 🧁🍫 - graham cracker base, with a fluffy chocolate cupcake, filled with homemade marshmallow fluff, and topped with a rich dark chocolate buttercream.

Tiramisu Cake 🍰☕️- Dense vanilla cake, drizzled with espresso, filled with mascarpone filling, frosted with a coffee buttercream, and dusted with cocoa powder.

Hazel's second smash cake, because 1 just isn't enough lol. This one was for her 1st birthday pictures. I tried something new for the gold drips, and they went a little out of control. Now I know for next time. I still love how it turned out!
