I’m Dawn and I am a serious home baker. I did not necessarily name my baking business after myself. After almost four decades of baking breads and other baked goods, I have developed a passion for grains and baking with them. I also have a deep desire to teach others about grains, bread, and the knowledge I have gained. Combine these with a realization that many people have little understanding of where the food eaten everyday comes from, or what is actually being eating, and I give you Dawn of Bread.
