Today I messed around with making some smoked cocktails. This drink has blood orange and grapefruit juice with raspberries and blueberries. After straining the juice I pureed the raspberries and blueberries and added that to a cocktail made with reposado. Overall a very good experiment

Hickory Brown Sugar Smoked Ham is on the menu at all weekend long and at on Sunday!! Stop in and grab a Christmas Dinner plate with two thick cut ham slices, mashed sweet potatoes and green beans, or try the Monte Cristo sandwich with Muenster cheese, ham & cranberry jam, served on challah bread French toast, with powdered sugar and a side of maple syrup. Option number 3 is the Hawaiian flatbread. Smoked ham, pineapple, jalapeños, red onion, mozzarella on a white pizza base with hot honey.
