allergies here in the valley are straight up awful! I have a friend who’s daughter was on 6 meds a day for her allergies because she suffers so bad from them. decided to give R.C. and the breathe again roller a try as her daily regimen and her dr took her off 2 of her meds already! 🙌🏻 how freaking awesome is that?!

camping necessities...don’t leave home without them!! lavender is hands down the best oil we’ve found to protect against bug bites. use citronella for some added protection 👊🏻

If your husband doesn’t have these he should! I got these last month in our ER order and they have become part of my husbands morning routine! Ditch the cologne and swap it for one of these🙌🏼. They smell so good some days I wear the oil😬. .

coming out of anesthesia was emotionally so hard for this girl...like so hard. i didn’t think we could do anything for her, just had to let it all ware off...I hopped in the backseat with her on the way home, put some peace and calming in my hands and cupped over her face... she took about 5 deep inhales and instantly was calm. INSTANTLY! we use oils every day, but this completely blew my mind. even in the wrestles physical state she was in she knew to just breath in the oils since she does it so often. so thankful for these oily tools 🙏🏻

sweet summertime ☀️we protect our families with this super clean sunscreen. it’s free of chemicals and goes on so smooth. remember your skin absorbs every single thing you put on it and goes into your body. these other sunscreens have chemicals that are known to cause cancer (swipe left) ... isn’t sunscreen supposed to help prevent cancer?!! hope everyone is enjoying these sweet summer days with their families!
