Gluten Free Apple Pie Cookies and Gluten Free S’more’s Cookies…say less, bro!
I’ve shared this gluten free PB cookie recipe a few times, but I spruced it up a little…or a lot…but it still only takes 20 mins, tops!
Mix together:
1 cup Dee’s Peanut Butter (I used White Chocolate)
1 cup sugar (it’s fineeeee)
1 egg
3 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
Plop in spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet, and bake for 10 mins at 375. Remove from oven, and press an indent in the center of each cookie.
For the Smore’s version:
Fill with a dollop of marshmallow fluff/chocolate chips
For the Apple Pie version:
Chop up canned apples (I use the Aldi version), and gently place on top of each cookie.
Return to ice for 4 minutes. Let them cool a little before removing from pan. Enjoy!
